Join the CGM Challenge: a four-week, in-person glucose challenge designed for men who want to optimize energy, metabolic health, and healthy aging. Using a Continuous Glucose Monitor, participants will learn how food, stress, sleep, and movement influence blood sugar and metabolism, while building healthier habits in a supportive group setting.
Registration is $180 plus $99 for CGM sensors.

FREE Women's Health Festival

The Women’s Twentieth Century Club of Eagle Rock presents Flourish, a free Women’s Health Festival. This engaging and interactive health and wellness event will bring together community members and local experts to explore different approaches to women’s health.
Dr. Pomerance will participate in a panel discussion alongside local medical and holistic professionals. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about a variety of approaches to wellness, ask questions, and connect with practitioners dedicated to supporting women’s health.
