A review of previous labs and other diagnostic testing will help provide an overall picture of your health story.

We will recommend laboratory testing and basic initial treatment based on your health history and your goals of care.

Specialized laboratory tests are ordered in collaboration with you and based on your history and health goals. They are shipped directly to you to be collected in the privacy of your home.

Most often the testing requires saliva, urine, and stool, but will vary based on your specific needs. If conventional labs are needed, you can either request them from your primary care provider or we can send you to a local laboratory for completion.

An in-depth review of the laboratory findings and a personalized treatment plan are provided during a 1-hour follow up appointment.

The foundation of each treatment plan includes lifestyle recommendations in the areas of nutrition, movement, stress management, and sleep. The greater the commitment to these lifestyle changes, the quicker results can be achieved.

Your treatment plan may also include professional-grade supplements or pharmaceutical interventions to help your body regain cellular health and balance.

Depending on your goals and conditions, treatment can last anywhere from 3-24 months.

Regular check ins help us understand that the treatment is successfully addressing your areas of concern. We will suggest additional testing or coaching depending on your needs and response to treatment.
